Terms & Conditions :

It is mandatory to submit certificate issued by HOD for the Delegates registered under Students category.
For abstract submission you need to register under members category.
Delegates registered as Members must mention their membership no. of respective organization (IAPM/IAP-ID).
Registration for Workshop is limited to 25 seats and can be availed on first-cum-first served basis.
With workshop registration, a delegate will be able to attend only one workshop from the list during registration.
IAPM registration is mandatory for attending workshop.
The registration fee mentioned, includes Delegate Kit, tea/coffee, lunches and dinner as on all conference days.
After completing the registration process and paying registration fee successfully, the registrant will receive an acknowledgement / confirmatory e-mail on the registered e-mail id.
The GST 18% is additional on registration fee.
All registrations are to be made online using the conference portal.
Payments can be made through NEFT/RTGS transfer or UPI transfer using the bank details given below. The transaction details are to be filled in the registration form while registering. Online payment gateway is also available in the registration portal for payment, however an additional 3% payment gateway charges over and above the GST of 18% will be levied.

Cancellation Policies :

Cancellation of your APCON 2025 registration can be done by writing an e-mail to the conference secretariat at secretariat@apcon2025.com clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The e-mail will have to be sent from the registered delegate e-mail id only.

All cancellations done until the 31^st July’25 will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of gross registration value.
All cancellations done until the 30^th September’25 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value.
All cancellations done until the 15^th November’25 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value.
After 15^th November’25 no refunds will be provided.
All refunds will be directly credited to the Account details provided by the delegate in the cancellation request mail within 15 working days after the conference.
Timestamp of e -mail will be considered as official date of cancellation request. Contribution towards GST value is non-refundable and payment gateway charges are also non-refundable.
