Presentation Guidelines

E-Poster Presentation

Specifications
  • Format: Landscape orientation, 16:9 aspect ratio (PowerPoint or PDF)
  • File size: Maximum 15 MB
  • Naming convention: PresenterName_AbstractID_APCON2025
  • Submission: Upload finalized E-poster at least one hour before presentation
  • Registration: All presenters must be registered delegates
Display & Presentation
  • All E-posters will be displayed digitally at the conference venue throughout the event. You may be requested to be present at your assigned screen during the E-Poster viewing session for discussion and Q&A with judges or delegates.
  • Technical support will be available to assist with uploads and on-site display.

Oral Presentation

Specifications
  • Total time: 07 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for discussion (strictly observed)
  • Blinded slides: Ensure all institutional names, logos, and identifiers are removed
  • Format: Only PowerPoint files (.ppt/.pptx) are accepted
  • Submission: Upload your final presentation at the preview room at least 1 hour prior to your session
  • Registration: All presenting authors must be registered delegates
On-Site Information
  • A dedicated technical team will be available to assist you at the venue.
  • You may use the podium clicker or arrow keys to control your slides.
  • A digital timer will be displayed to help manage your time effectively.
  • Please report to the session hall 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for lineup and coordination.
